  13. As a programmer I always wonder why commercial programs, especially big
  14. applications, aren't using the locale library if present?

  16. To put this more concrete, I would like to hear an argument from Soft-
  17. Logik, the makers of PageStream 3. Won't localization make your app even
  18. more wonderful for non-english users?
